ABOUT LEIGH
It all started with a fuzzy, yellow tennis ball
Finding expression through hitting a fuzzy, yellow tennis ball as a kid, transformed Leigh into a junior tennis champion and led to her early career as an elite coach at Dartmouth and Northwestern. These years competing at the highest levels built a lifetime foundation for teaching motivation and the importance of building consistency of practice, human connection and energy management. Her deep commitment to helping others reach their personal best is a hallmark of her career and has given her unique voice resonance in an era when authenticity is the defining characteristic of achievement.
Leigh’s Approach
Leading People to Greatness
Guided by a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University, Leigh developed a revolutionary approach to help people access their potential for greatness. She focuses on engaging both mind and body to help others tap into their full potential. Leigh pioneered Walk-and-Talk Therapy with the belief that there were more effective ways to help clients than on a couch. This unique methodology continues to inspire countless individuals and organizations through delivering keynotes, interactive retreats + workshops, and private walk-and-talk sessions with families and individuals.
As an internationally acclaimed speaker, Leigh views the world as a philosopher, thinks like a coach, and executes like an athlete.
My Bedrock Beliefs
Every human inherently possesses a bottomless reservoir of inner strength. To unlock that strength, we must learn to efficiently focus our minds. Movement and breath are the most effective methods to calm, center, and heal the mind. The words we think and speak alter how we approach challenges and achieve greatness. Our legacy is determined by the words we live by.
Leigh believes we make or break our lives
based on what we practice
Along with the right coach, teacher or mentor, consistency becomes paramount to our growth. Consistency creates excellence. To arrive at the personal and professional destinations we seek, we must be IMPASSIONED with the nuances of PRACTICE.
What if
everyday you
could be
1% better?
