Mind in MOTION

Changing the word one word at a time.

OUR STORY

Mind In Motion was founded in 2007 by Leigh to promote self-awareness, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and connection. While working with a young athlete, Leigh took a sharpie and wrote "BREATHE" upside down on the bottom corner of her shirt to help her focus during a tennis match. It was inverted because the message was for the individual, not the world. Other players, and even clients, started asking for this innovative wearable motivation, and eventually word got out sparking the Mind In Motion movement - apparel, accessories, bags and journals - all focused on the visual cues of words to remind us to be our very best selves.

I didn't start this company
to sell clothing. I started it
to create a new mindset,
empowering everyone to become
their very best self. One
actionable word at a time!

Mind in motion presents

the strength project

The Strength Project is Mind in Motion's commitment to provide support and encouragement for people facing life’s toughest battles. Our mission is to wrap as many warriors as possible.

Providing warmth and emotional support
to those who need it

UNBREAKABLE

Each year in the United States alone, more than 1.5 million new cases of cancer are diagnosed. Many of these will result in countless hours receiving chemotherapy and prolonged hospital visits. Leigh firmly believes that by engaging the mind with positive messaging, the body has a better chance to follow. A percentage of every Mind in Motion sale is donated to organizations that support cancer patients during their long and difficult treatment. Through partnerships and fundraising we hope to extend our reach globally to inspire hope and comfort people who are suffering.

WHERE WE'VE WRAPPED STRENGTH:

we can’t succeed long-term isolated

We need collaboration

People inspire people to train. When the program is intentionally designed with people we love, respect and admire, we begin to enjoy it.
